• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources. 
• Build dashboards and reports to track business performance (Power BI/Tableau). 
• Identify trends, patterns, and correlations to support business decisions. 
• Work closely with product, marketing, and business teams to understand data needs. 
• Develop automated data processes and improve data quality. 
• Create data visualizations that are clear, insightful, and actionable. 
• Support forecasting, KPI monitoring, and ad-hoc analysis. 
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. 

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Must-have

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, IT, Business Analytics, or relevant fields.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong SQL skills (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, functions).
• Ability to analyze complex data and present insights clearly.
• Good communication skills.

Nice-to-have

• Knowledge of Python/R for data processing.
• Experience with ETL pipelines or data warehousing.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and statistical analysis.
• Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or SaaS is a plus.
