• Understand business objectives and user needs to develop high-quality, innovative, and user-friendly web applications.
• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code using best software development practices.
• Cooperate with back-end developers, designers, and other team members to deliver complete solutions.
• Suggest improvements to existing systems and processes.
• Stay up-to-date on latest industry trends and technologies.
• Help junior front-end developers grow their skills and abilities.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and tasks, seeing them through from start to finish.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues with web applications.
• Perform unit and integration testing before release.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Provide support for production systems when needed.
• Working in cooperation with other project team members under the coordination of the  Project Manager and having direct contact with foreign clients from US, EU, Australia  and Singapore.  

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 4+ years professional experience 
• Engineer, design and estimate solutions for new feature requests together with product team
• Expertise in with HTML5/CSS3, Javascript, Typescript
• Production experience with NodeJS, ReactJS,…
• Production experience with a functional programming pattern or language 
• Experience with agile software development
• Experience with writing and maintaining unit-tests, functional tests, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to think from a product mindset
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities/projects in a fast-paced environment
• Good Analytical, Problem solving and Debugging skills
• Coach the front-end team and elevate their technical skills
• Good written and oral communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
