Cookie policy

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies (such as browser session storage) and call them all "cookies" in this policy.

2. Who sets them
This careers site is operated by Savvycom JSC ("Savvycom"). Cookies we set ourselves are first-party. Analytics and marketing cookies are set by service providers (Google and advertising platforms), and only if you agree.

3. Cookies we use

a) Necessary (always on, no consent needed)
They keep the site working and remember your choices.

  • svc_consent: remembers your cookie choice. 6 months.
  • svc_apply_success: lets us show the confirmation page after you submit your application. 2 hours, sent over secure connections only.
  • Session storage careers.src: remembers how you reached the site (for example an ad link) so it can be attached to your application. Cleared when you close the tab.
  • Cloudflare may set technical cookies for security and bot protection. Cloudflare Turnstile is used on the application form to prevent spam.

b) Analytics (only if you agree)
Google Analytics helps us count visits and see which pages are useful.

  • _ga, _ga_<ID>: tell anonymous visitors apart and keep a session. Up to 2 years.
  • What you enter in an application (name, email, phone, CV) is never sent to analytics.

c) Marketing (only if you agree; applies only if Savvycom enables it)
They help us measure the effect of Savvycom's recruitment ads on other platforms.

  • _gcl_* (Google Ads), _fbp, _fbc (Meta), _ttp, _tt_* (TikTok). Typically 90 days to 13 months.

4. Managing your choices

  • On your first visit you can choose "Accept all", "Reject all" or "Customize". Rejecting is as easy as accepting.
  • You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. When you withdraw consent, we switch the related tags off and delete the analytics/marketing cookies the site is able to delete.
  • We ask again when the cookies we use change materially.
  • You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If necessary cookies are blocked, some features (such as the post-application confirmation) may not work.

5. Personal data and transfers abroad
Analytics and marketing cookies may cause data to be processed by Google and other platforms outside Vietnam. How we handle candidate data is described in our Privacy notice.

6. Changes
We may update this policy. The update date is always at the top.
