Who we are

Savvycom JSC ("Savvycom") is the controller of the personal data you send through this careers site.

Data we collect

• Your full name, email address and phone number
• Your CV and any cover note
• The position you apply for and the application source (job page or talent pool)

Why we process it

We use this data for recruitment only: to review your application, to contact you and, if you agree, to contact you about other suitable roles.

How long we keep it

• Standard applications: up to 6 months
• Talent pool (when you agree): up to 24 months
• Backups: kept by our hosting provider for a limited period after deletion (legal confirms the period before launch)

Processors and transfers abroad

We use Cloudflare (security, content delivery and firewall) for all traffic to this site, including the CV you upload, and Cloudflare Turnstile against spam. These processors may handle data outside Vietnam.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. To request deletion, reply to the confirmation email we sent you.
