Terms of use

1. Introduction and acceptance

This careers site (the "Site") is operated by Savvycom JSC ("Savvycom", "we") to present job opportunities and receive applications. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

2. Permitted use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes consistent with its aim: learning about open roles and applying for yourself. You must not:

  • Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to collect content or submit applications in bulk;
  • Interfere with the Site, probe it for vulnerabilities or gain unauthorised access to our systems;
  • Upload files containing malware or unlawful content;
  • Use information on the Site (including contact details of Savvycom staff) for advertising, sales solicitation or any purpose unrelated to recruitment.

3. Submitting an application

  • You do not need an account to apply.
  • You confirm that the information and documents you provide are accurate, truthful and your own. False information may lead to your application being rejected or your recruitment process ending, even after an offer is accepted.
  • Please send only what is needed for recruitment, and avoid unnecessary sensitive data (for example ID numbers, health or religious information).
  • CVs are accepted only in the formats and up to the size shown on the form.
  • Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or employment. Savvycom may decide whether or not to hire without detailed explanation.
  • Savvycom never charges candidates a fee during recruitment. If anyone claiming to represent Savvycom asks you to pay, please tell us.

4. Job information on the Site

We work to keep role details (description, salary, location, deadline) accurate and current, but they may change or be withdrawn without notice. A role appearing on the Site does not mean it is still open. Nothing on the Site is a job offer or employment contract; any formal offer is valid only when confirmed by Savvycom in writing.

5. Personal data and cookies

How we collect, use, store and protect your personal data is described in our [Privacy notice] and [Cookie policy], which form part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, design, code) belongs to Savvycom or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print it for personal, non-commercial use. Any other copying, modification, distribution or commercial use requires Savvycom's prior written consent.

You keep ownership of the CV and documents you submit. You grant Savvycom the right to use them (store, review, and share internally with people involved in hiring) for recruitment purposes, for the period stated in the Privacy notice.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Savvycom is not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, except in cases of wilful misconduct or breach of personal-data protection obligations under applicable law. This does not affect any rights you have by law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may refuse, suspend or end your access, or reject an application, if you breach these terms or we suspect abuse.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The new version takes effect when posted on the Site, with the updated date shown at the top. Continued use of the Site means you accept the new version.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be resolved by good-faith negotiation; failing that, by the competent courts of Vietnam.
