Senior/ Tech Lead (.NET)

We are looking for an experienced Senior / Tech Lead (.NET) to spearhead our software development team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end execution of .NET / ASP.NET Core projects, design scalable system architectures (including Microservices), and translate complex business requirements into high-performing technical solutions. Beyond technical authority, you will mentor developers, drive code quality and DevOps practices (Agile, CI/CD), and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (PMs, BAs, QAs) to ensure timely delivery.

• Lead a development team on .NET / ASP.NET Core projects
• Design system architecture (including Microservices if applicable)
• Analyze business requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security
• Collaborate closely with PMs, BAs, and QAs to ensure project delivery on time
• Mentor and coach team members to improve their technical skills
• Handle complex technical issues (troubleshooting, optimization)
• Drive technical direction and improve development processes (Agile, CI/CD, DevOps)

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a Tech Lead or Senior position
• Strong knowledge of:
• • OOP, Design Patterns
  • RESTful APIs / Microservices Architecture
  • Databases: SQL Server / NoSQL
• Experience with:
• • Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS is a plus)
  • CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good English reading skills (communication is a plus)
• Strong problem-solving mindset, proactive, and high sense of ownership
