At EuroCham’s “AI in Action – Lessons from Early Adopters Across Industries” panel, Mr. Tony Nguyen, Chief Growth Officer at Savvycom, shared a practical perspective on what it takes to turn AI ambition into real business impact.

For many companies, the challenge is not a lack of AI tools. It is knowing 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁.

Rather than trying to deploy AI across the entire organisation, businesses can begin with 1–2 high-value, low-friction use cases. Identify a real operational bottleneck, build a Proof of Concept, measure the results, and scale what works.

He also highlighted a common gap in AI adoption: 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀. Fragmented data, legacy systems, and unclear ownership of business outcomes can often stand in the way of successful implementation.

And ultimately, AI adoption is not just a technology challenge. It is about connecting three key elements: 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀, 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆.
