Senior Enterprise Integration Architecture & Development Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect / Integration Architect with a strong background in enterprise system integration, particularly in ERP platforms (D365, SAP, etc.) and iPaaS/ESB integration platforms, preferably Boomi.

1. Stabilize the Current Integration Landscape

• Assess and improve existing integrations across ERP, CRM, B2B partners, APIs, SFTP, and local business applications.
• Reduce integration failures and improve system reliability, monitoring, and operational visibility.

2. Define the Future-State Integration Architecture

• Design the enterprise-wide integration architecture.
• Establish standards and best practices for APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, File Transfer, B2B/EDI, Security, and Monitoring.
• Develop common integration principles, frameworks, and reusable architectural patterns.

3. Lead Integration Delivery and Transformation

• Manage the integration backlog and implementation roadmap.
• Review or directly develop business-critical integrations.
• Lead migration initiatives and ERP transformation programs.
• Ensure high standards for solution design, code quality, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.

• Strong expertise in Enterprise Integration Architecture
• Proven experience with ERP Integration, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and/or SAP
• Hands-on experience with Boomi or other leading iPaaS/ESB platforms
• Experience leading technical teams and end-to-end delivery workstreams
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
