Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior PM to join our team.  

• Managing project deliverables, quality and budget in line with the project plan  
• Engaging and maintaining good relationship with customers  
• Providing positive influence to team members and always enhance productivity   
• Working directly with international customers from the US, Europe, Australia, Asia and Vietnam.  
• Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.   
• Involving in recruiting project staff and training team members.  
• Providing training and knowledge sharing to other PMs  
• Providing project estimation and planning to support marketing & sales  
• staff in project bidding.  
• Coordinating with project partners and other parties at project levels  
• Updating and providing status progress reports to the project customers and Board of Director  
• Performing other tasks requested by DOM. 

• More than 5-year working experiences as a project manager, able to manage multiple project teams at the same time (up to 3 projects and manage at least 15 members) 
• Brilliant command of English languages (both verbal and written).  
• Outstanding leadership and problem solving skills and systematic methodology  
• Strong experience and knowledge in Software Development Process  
• Familiar with Agile/ Scrum  
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent  
• Experience of working with English speaking customers or holding PMP/ PMI-ACP/ PSM  certificate is a plus
