Business Analyst (Senior/Lead)

You have 5+ years of BA experience and are you ready to lead a team delivering large-scale projects for international clients? Savvycom is now looking for a Senior/Lead BA to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions across enterprise projects in e-commerce, education, healthcare, and finance.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and propose optimal solutions to clients.
• Communicate actively with Business Users for requirement clarification and feature study to build detailed specification documents.
• Review business requirements and deliver accurate, timely, and detailed requirement analysis. Highlight conflicts and propose suitable resolutions.
• Attend and conduct project meetings with Business Users for requirement gathering and solution discussions.
• Prepare and deliver documentation such as Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), User Guide, Feature Study, and other relevant documents.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a proper understanding of business requirements and on-time delivery of features.
• Support software quality assurance and testing across different testing environments and Production.
• Provide mentoring and training to junior team members where necessary.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Solid background in e-commerce, education, healthcare, finance, and enterprise operations
• Hands-on experience in gathering and managing business requirements directly with end users.
• Experience in enterprise-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of BA processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficient in preparing BRD, use case documentation, functional specifications, and UI mockups.
• Good knowledge of testing processes and methodologies, with at least 1 year of experience in software testing (web and mobile applications preferred).
• Strong analytical skills, systematic thinking, and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment. Friendly personality and a collaborative team player.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong time-management and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to travel for business meetings.
